Insight Advantage Inc is registered as a Private Career College (PCC).

In 1994, Stu McIntosh founded Insight Enterprises, with the goal of assisting people with disabilities reach their employment goals.  In 2000, Insight Enterprises became a service provider for the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and subsequently expanded into the WSIB market in 2008 at which time a collaborative business relationship was developed between Stu and Renee Daudlin-Iacobelli, of Lexhan Rehabilitation.  As Stu eyed retirement, Renee purchased Insight Enterprises in 2011. 

With over 25 years of experience within employment services, Renee merged her company Lexhan Rehabilitation and Insight Enterprises into what is currently known as Insight Advantage Inc.  Insight Advantage is now considered to be one of the premier providers to employers, insurance companies, corporate clients and government.  Insight Advantage holds service contracts with CPP-D, WSIB, ODSP and we are on the Vendor of Record for OPS- Leadership Development- Career Services and Psychometric Assessment.

Today, Insight Advantage delivers full-service employment placement, corporate training and vocational rehabilitation services, with staff providing services in 8 offices strategically located throughout Ontario from Windsor to Peterborough.

Our Team

RENEE DAUDLIN, VP Operations

Renee started her career in vocational rehabilitation over 29 years ago, working almost 10 years at the WSIB, before moving into the private sector. She has worked in various aspects of the business delivering a range of products. Since 2011, Renee has owned and operated Insight Advantage Inc, a full-service employment, training and vocational rehabilitation company providing vocational rehabilitation, case management and employment supports to CPP-D, WSIB and ODSP. Renee and her professional team of staff provide services throughout Ontario with offices in Leamington, Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham, London, Hamilton, North York and Barrie.

Renee is skilled in Corporate Training and Adult Learning, Vocational and Employment Counselling, Employee Assistance Counselling, Transferable Skills Analysis, Vocational Rehabilitation, Job Placement, and Disability Management Consulting. She holds a Master’s of Education in Adult Education, Undergraduate Degree in Sociology and a Post Degree Diploma in Art Therapy. Renee has completed training in Life Care Planning, Progressive Goal Attainment Program and is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Renee is member of the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals and holds the following designations: Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor (CCRC), Canadian Certified

Vocational Evaluator (CCVE), Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), and Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional Fellow (CVRPf).

In addition to her professional work, Renee is passionate about giving back to her community and her profession. She is an active member with the Rotary Club of Leamington and is a former president of the Leamington Chamber of Commerce, past Director on the Board of South Essex Community Center, Leamington District Minor Baseball Association, and Local Training Adjustment Board. Renee is currently a Past- President of the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation, Work Adjustment Society, and a Director-at-Large of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada.

CHRIS RIVAIT, DISTRICT MANAGER – Corporate Training, Technology and Consulting/Company Security Officer/PCC Campus Administrator

Chris Rivait is an experienced manager, facilitator and consultant who works with organizations and individual clients to enhance skill development, technology solutions, project management, and personal and organizational productivity.

Chris understands and believes that we live in a constantly changing environment, and that lifelong learning and a desire and willingness to learn and change are key elements to success. He has worked in K-12 and post secondary education as a teacher, School District consultant, and in senior administration at both the school and school board levels of responsibility. He has also served as a faculty member in the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor. Chris is a qualified and experienced teacher, instructor, and mentor with training experience across a variety of sectors both in the education and the corporate training settings.

Chris also works in the private sector developing training and transition plans for individual clients and organizations. He is a proven and experienced manager and team leader.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Education with additional qualifications in Technology, Project Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Customer Service Excellence, and is Certified Microsoft Office Expert. He is also a licensed Private Investigator and Security Specialist.

MELISSA BISSONNETTE, Director, Vocational Services

Melissa Bissonnette works with Insight Advantage as a Director of Vocational Service Manager. With over 16 years of experience, she has worked within Vocational Rehabilitation and Labour Market Re-Entry Services and has extensive experience in Vocational and Employment Counselling, Transferable Skills Analysis, Vocational Rehabilitation, Job Placement, and Employment Assistance Services.

Ms. Bissonnette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, is certified with the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) through the University Centre for Research on Pain and Disability, and has received training in return to work coordination and Vocational Principals, Theories and Techniques through Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS). Ms. Bissonnette is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator (CCVE), and is a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP). She is a member in good standing with both the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) and the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP) and holds a Director position on the Board for the Canadian Assessment Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS).

MARK GROULX, Senior Specialist

Mark has been an integral part in of the Insight team since the beginning of 2011. He is an excellent training facilitator, and also assumes a variety of rolls when called upon, including teaching Smart Serve, ASIST, and Job Search Training, and Job Development.

Mark oversees all day to day aspects of the training files and programs in the Windsor office, but has also has worked at Insight’s Chatham and Leamington offices. Because of his calmness, patience and easy-going demeanor, Mark has always been able to build a solid rapport with clients which allows them to feel comfortable and free from anxiety; fostering a strong learning environment.

Mark is very skilled at individualizing training to meet the clients’ needs, requirements, and existing knowledge levels.

SULIENNE BUTLER, Senior Specialist

Sulienne Butler is a Registered Vocational Professional who holds the role of both Senior Specialist and Corporate Trainer with Insight Advantage Inc.

As a member of the Insight team for over 10 years, Sulienne has been assisting individuals reach their return to work and educational goals through training, support and encouragement. With her knowledge Sulienne will be able to enhance your skillset and reach your targeted goals.

Sulienne is an instructor in the following courses: Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health First Aid for Adults who Interact with Youth, SmartServe, National Food Safety Training Program, OTEC Service Excellence as well as First Aid/CPR.

PATRICK COYLE, Training Facilitator

Patrick Coyle is a Training Facilitator who works with adult learners to assist them in developing the skills they need to open new employment opportunities.

Patrick’s patient and motivational teaching style encourages learners to use new skills with confidence and to continue to develop problem solving techniques to deal with unfamiliar scenarios.

Patrick has over ten years of experience in helping workers improve their computer proficiency and develop the professional capabilities they need to succeed in today’s work force.

Patrick is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Technology Specialist. Patrick was awarded the Corinthian College’s Parthenon Award for Instructor of the Year in recognition for his commitment to student outcomes.

Patrick holds an Honours Business and Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor and a Network Engineer Diploma with Honours from Trios College of Information Technology.

TRISH LONG, Manager of Vocational Services

Originally from New Brunswick, Trish earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Kingswood University before moving to Ontario in 1998. After working in her field for over 8 years, Trish decided to explore new opportunities where her skills as a compassionate and strong advocate would be utilized. She received her Diploma as a Developmental Service Worker from St Clair College and spent over 13 years working within the Social Services Sector as a DSW supporting individuals.

Along with her passion to see people succeed and overcome barriers in all areas of life, Trish brings her person-centered approach to her role as an Employment Placement Specialist at the Chatham office.

THERESA SHERBERT 

Theresa Sherbert has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Windsor. She has been working with Insight Advantage since January 2019 provides employment support services as an Employment Specialist in our Leamington office.

Theresa brings with her an entrepreneurial and compassionate spirit that can be seen through her interactions with her colleagues and clients. Theresa is eager to assist clients overcome barriers, develop return to work plans, and secure gainful meaningful employment.

KRISTA KRATZ 

Born and raised in the Kingsville area, Krista Kratz worked in personal services as an esthetician for a period of time. In 2017 Krista returned to school to study Office Administration and graduated in April 2019 with a diploma in Executive Office Administration. Krista joined the Insight Advantage team as an Office Administrator where she is able to use her customer service skills and welcoming manner to support staff and provide excellent client experiences

NEIL MUTCH 

Neil has many years of computing in the UK and Canada creating business software and in web development. Working out of our London, Ontario office, Neil teaches clients of all skill levels and helps them achieve their goals to become computer savy.

As a fully trained Rehabilitation Vocational Professional through the Canadian Assessment Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS), Neil promotes client’s abilities to transition into new careers through Job Search Training and employment support functions.

BRIAN HALL

Brian comes to us with over 40 years of trainer/facilitator experience. He is a retired Canadian Armed Forces member and has worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General and Ministry of Health in various roles.

Brian is a World Rugby Level 2 certified coach, facilitator and evaluator for Rugby coaching. He is a founding member of the Kent Havoc Rugby Football Club and an ardent supporter of player development. Brian actively mentors’ new players and coaches to reach their potential as they progress through their careers.

Over his career, Brian has worked in a wide variety of industries and government roles – including First Aid/CPR instructor, Basic Emergency Management trainer, and Civil Military Cooperation Trainer, as well as various military courses as an instructor. Brian is a lifelong learner and brings his passion for learning and teaching to everything he does.
